I am glad that i found a company that carries what I consider non-standard components for my laser engraver. Originally ordered the replacement switch from a supplier in China. It took almost 4 weeks for delivery and the part was the wrong configuration.
Luckily I found PBC and ordered the part from them. Was excited to get the part in 3 days ,but was miffed when it to was the wrong configuration. I immediately contacted Mike and in less than 24 hours the correct part was at my door. As a small business owner I am all to aware that mistakes happen, but the way my issue was resolved went far beyond my expectations. I posted information about this experience on the Laser Engraving Forums I use and recommended PBC to the more than 8000 users who shared my frustrations with the lack of service typically received by the "little guy".
My laser engraver is up and running and I thank you guys for the help.
