Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply was established in 1989 with a very clear mission - to be a leading, worldwide, full-service supplier of circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, motor starters, and other key electrical products. We provide key parts and supplies of critical interest to utility/plant facilities, industrial, heavy equipment, and mining professionals. Mission accomplished!

Who we are…

Centrally located in Austin, Texas, Pioneer is strategically positioned to serve our customers from east to west, north to south, and all points in between. Pioneer Breaker and Control Supply is a company of humble beginnings. Our founder and president Tamas Toldy embarked on his career as a young electrician's apprentice in his native country Hungary. Having spent many of the following years as an electrical contractor, designer and engineer, establishing Pioneer was a natural fit. Mr. Toldy found his background in the electrical field, combined with a dedicated work ethic to serving his customers, propelled him to become a trusted and experienced force in the electrical sales marketplace. With over 30 years experience, Mr. Toldy's knowledge of the electrical industry is unmatched. What began as a small, home-based business in the family garage has bloomed into a worldwide source for electrical materials and supplies.


Where to find us

Pioneer Breaker and Control Supply is located on 2216 B Rutland Dr.

From I35, take 183N (Research Blvd). Exit Burnet Rd and turn right (north) on Burnet Rd. Turn right (east) on Rutland Dr. Pioneer Breaker will be on your left (immediately past the railroad tracks).

 

From Cedar Park / Leander, take 183S (Research Blvd).  Exit Braker Lane and turn left on Braker Lane.  Turn right on Burnet Rd.  Turn left on Rutland Dr.  Pioneer Breaker will be on the left (immediately past the railroad tracks).
