Returns must have RMA label(s) attached:
Product returned to Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply, Inc. for any reason must be accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA). Please
email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number. To speed the process, please have the
Description of Problem
When RMA numbers are issued, RMA labels are faxed or e-mailed to you with instructions and a list of items authorized for return. RMA's are only valid for
ten (10) days from date of issue. Products received without an RMA label or with an expired RMA label will be returned unopened.
Any returns other than defective must be requested within thirty (30) days from the invoice date and must be unopened, with no labels or writing on
products or boxes.
If you receive product that is defective upon receipt or DOA, contact Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply, Inc. immediately (No later than 10 days
from the invoice date to comply with most manufacturer's DOA exchange policy). Defective product is replaced or repaired as per the DOA and warranty
policy of the individual product manufacturer. Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply, Inc. will assist you in resolving the problem however we provide
no warranty other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product.
Any product damaged by the freight carrier cannot be returned for credit. If product was damaged in transit, you must file a
claim with the carrier. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection. Truck Shipment: Check your order
immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All damages and shortages must be called in to the trucker within 7 days. All
damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for the trucker to inspect. At that time you will file a claim with the trucker.
Only those items authorized for return on an issued RMA will be credited. Credit will not be issued if the items returned do not match items on the RMA
label / packing list.
Products received without a valid RMA label or with and expired RMA label will be refused.
Freight for all returns is the customer's responsibility and must be prepaid. Call tags will be issued for shipper errors.
Products returned C.O.D. will be refused. Unauthorized "Freight Collect" charges will be denied.
All returned product is subject to 25% restocking charge, with the following exceptions: product shipped in error by the shipper and the product that
is defective. If you were instructed to return defective product to Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply, Inc. , the product returned as defective will
be tested; if it is not defective, the item may be returned to you with a fee between $35 and $75.
Please enclose a detailed, written description of the defect with each defective return.
Shipping Replacement Product ("Cross Shipping"):
Replacement products will be sent as soon as we receive your defective products. Or, if you wish, we'll immediately send replacement products and charge
them to your credit card, then issue a refund or credit your card when we receive your return and the deem the product defective.
Some products have return restrictions. Restrictions apply to special orders, promotions or damaged products. In additions, some manufacturers have
specific restrictions on return of product. Contact Pioneer Breaker & Control Supply, Inc. if you have a question about a manufacturer and whether they
have specific return restrictions.
